Unfortunately things can sometimes go wrong when overseas. If you do need to make a claim, simply click on the link below and print a claim form, contact us by email at info@scti.co.nz or call us on 0800 784 691. If you are outside of New Zealand please call Southern Cross Emergency Assistance +649 359 1602.

Southern Cross Travel Insurance aims to settle all claims fairly and promptly under the agreed terms and conditions set out in the Policy Wording. For us to do this we need you to provide ALL of the relevant information requested on the claim form and attach the necessary documents to support your claim.
