As of 19 March 2020 at 2.25pm (NZDT), we have temporarily ceased issuing new travel insurance policies based on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade (MFAT) upgrading their travel advice to ‘Do Not Travel’ (Level 4) for the entire world. Existing policies remain in effect, and our customer service teams are here to help. However, we're experiencing delays due to the high volume of email queries and claims.

We’re continuing to receive higher than normal volumes of calls and emails, but would like to reassure you that we’re working tirelessly to respond to all of your messages.
Due to the large volume of enquiries, it may take us up to four weeks to respond to you. We appreciate your ongoing patience and understanding during this time.
We’re also experiencing a high volume of claims, which means it may take longer than usual for your claim to be assessed.
To speed the process up, we recommend you email us your supporting documents and receipts rather than posting them. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and remember to include your claim number in the subject line.
